Join us at The Landing West Coast Grill on December 25, 2010 for a spectacular four-course Christmas Day Dinner.
Start with fresh baked corn bread and focaccia with artichoke dip and hummus, your choice of five different delectable appetizers, as well as Roasted Butternut Squash Soup or Tomato Brandy Bisque.
For the main course, choose between the Traditional Rotisserie Turkey with Apple, Pecan Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Cranberry Sauce and Gravy; the Fire-Grilled New York Steak with Potato Pavé, Fresh Vegetables and Shittake Mushroom and Cabernet Sauvignon Jus; the Grilled Winter Vegetables Tower with Portobello Mushroom, Peppers, Tomato, Zucchini, Butternut Squash and Barley Rissotto; or the Black Cod, Sockeye Salmon and Wild Prawns, with Wild Rice Pilaf, Fresh Vegetables, Tarragon and Butter Sauce.
And for dessert, choose between the Warm Traditional Plum Pudding in Brandy Cream Sauce, Cranberry Cheesecake with Praline Whipped Cream or Classic Grand Marnier Crème Caramel with Christmas Cookies.
