Taste of Oceanside 2011
Sample culinary specialties from the finest restaurants in the Oceanside area at Taste of Oceanside 2011 at the Parksville Community & Conference Centre.
Here are the details from the Oceanside Tourism Association website:
On April 17, from 6:30 to 9 pm, a variety of local restaurants, including The Landing West Coast Grill, will serve up samples of specialty menu items as guests wander the many food stations.
Admission is $15. Food and beverage coupons are $1 each.
Coupons are exchanged for tastings from restaurant stations that will offer up to three items priced between one and three coupons each.
A cash bar features BC wine and beer. Attendance is limited to 500, so advance purchase encouraged.
Tickets are availalbe from Marlin Travel and Close To You, or from members of the Parksville AM Rotary Club.
This event has two important objectives; promotion of the Oceanside restaurants and to support the charitable works of Rotary, locally and internationally. So stop by for a bite to eat from Oceanside's best restaurants!
